Abstract

Il est devenu courant de dénoncer les dérives de l'idéologie managériale. On constate néanmoins que leurs méfaits perdurent. Il reste encore à concevoir et développer une approche socialement responsable des sciences de gestion. Un tel défi nécessite de repenser des questions aussi centrales et variées que l'épistémologie des sciences de gestion, le rôle des instrumentations de gestion et des discours managériaux, l'interdisciplinarité et sa place dans la régulation d'une économie mondialisée génératrice d'inégalités croissantes. Un tel défi exige aussi d'interroger une pratique professionnelle dans laquelle l'encadrement de thèse constitue un enjeu majeur pour l'avenir de la recherche. À partir de la réflexion et de la posture incarnées par Julienne Brabet au travers de ses travaux et de sa pratique singulière de l'encadrement de la recherche, des spécialistes de comptabilité, de stratégie et de GRH plaident à leur tour pour des politiques et des pratiques de gestion au service des hommes et de la société, et pour une démarche scientifique et une vision du monde clairement affichées et assumées.
