Abstract

Dans quelle mesure la plus ou moins grande implication des salariés dans la marche de l'entreprise intervient-elle sur leur état de santé ? Combinant 3 enquêtes, cette étude a la spécificité de retenir la notion de nuisance environnementale dans une dimension relationnelle, c'est-à-dire psychosociale et non physique. Divers facteurs comme les conflits de rôles, l'ambiguïté ou l'imprécision de la définition des responsabilités, les relations interpersonnelles délétères, l'isolement social ou physique et les mauvais rapports avec les supérieurs sont autant de causes de stress au travail. Le management d'une entreprise peut ainsi générer pour les salariés des risques réels de pathologie ou d'accident.
