Abstract

In this research task, we propose to answer a recurring questioning in social sciences: how the processes and results of learning are transmitted to individuals and to organizations which men structure and which structure them? In these terms, especially the question of learning dynamics\' translation in social or divided objects arises. At this level, we consider the concept of organizational memory as a relay of the cognitive assets in the daily collective life.
