Visión Integral de los Sistemas de Pensiones en el Perú

Abstract

Describe las características y estructura del sistema de pensiones peruano. Plantea los retos que debe enfrentar dicho sistema previsional a fin de ofrecer servicios competitivos que incentiven a los aportantes, y que permitan al Estado concentrarse en atender las necesidades de las poblaciones menos favorecidas. Responde cuestiones como qué porcentaje de la población contaría con cobertura; si los montos de las pensiones serían adecuados; qué tan competitivo es el sistema privado de pensiones frente al sistema estatal; qué tan conveniente sería contar con más empresas administradoras de fondos de pensiones y qué puede hacer el Estado por los trabajadores en situación vulnerable.
