L'impact de la recherche en collaboration et le role des universites dans le systeme de production des connaissances

Abstract

Apres avoir etable le role central des universites dans le systeme national de production de connaissances, nous evaluerons la portee de l'influence de la recherche en collaboration sur la nature de la production scientifique et le niveau de collaboration scientifique internationale. Nous chercherons plus particulierement a repondre aux questions suivantes: est-ce que le recherche en collaboration intersectorielle, qui impose ses demandes aux ressources deja limitees des chercheurs, entraine la reduction du nombre total d'articles produits et du nombre d'article ecrits en collaboration internationale? Est-ce que les articles universitaires ecrits en collaboration avec une entreprise ou un laboratoire gouvernemental sont a caractere plus applique que ceux ecrits exclusivement avec d'autres universitaires? Enfin, l'impact moyen des publications ecrites avec des non-universitaires est-il different de celui des articles exclusivement universitaires?.
