A partir de l'exploitation d'un sondage national sur la participation des canadiens a l'education des adultes, l'auteur etudie l'acces des individus a la formation en entreprise. Celle-ci se situerait a l'intersection des trajectoires individuelles, des caracteristiques socio-economiques des milieux de travail et des mecanismes institutionnels contribuant a produire l'offre de la formation.
