Abstract

Dans un premier temps, nous examinons l'elaboration d'un programme de formation. Nous constatons sa construction et sa mise en oeuvre se realise dans un contexte marque par une tension entre deux principes de gestion, l'anciennete et la competence. Cette tension permet de rendre compte des formes concretes de la collaboration entre les differents acteurs et de saisir plusieurs traits du programme. Dans un deuxieme temps, nous examinons les effets de la transformation des modes de gestion sur les carrieres des salaries.
