Author

Listed:
  • Nisar, T.M.

Abstract

We consider two alternative models of work organisation: One deals with those organisational systems which rely on the commitments of its members for realizing set productivity targets. The other is a strategic model which considers the role of its members' strategies as a defining input towards optimizing its organisational goals.
