Pour une critique de la nouvelle theorie neoclassique de la croissance

Abstract

Cet article propose une evaluation critique de ce que le courant néoclassique appelle la "nouvelle theorie" de la croissance. Il analyse ce qu'est la "croissance endogene", en presentant, dans une premiere partie, les origines, mecanismes et catégories de modèles à progres technique endogene. Il developpe, dans une seconde partie, une serie de critiques a l'encontre de ces modeles, sur les plans theorique et conceptuel mais aussi politique, en forme de reflexion sur les fonctions ideologiques et sociales de cette theorie neoclassique.
