Les modes de remuneration ont beaucoup evolue en France ces dernieres annees. Les augmentations de salaires etant de plus en plus individualisees et de moins en moins collectives. En adoptant une methode consistant a confronter les modelisations economiques aux evolutions constatees nous tentons d'expliquer ces dernieres.
