Abstract

La reussite d'un programme de formation depend pour une bonne part de la motivation a se former des beneficiaires. A partir d'une approche en termes d'instrumentalite et de sentiment d'efficacite personnelle nous avons cherche a expliquer cette variable et a en mesurer les consequences sur la variation des savoirs et sur la satisfaction a l'egard de la formation.
