Nous proposons dans le cadre de cet article une approche permettant de relier les progres en matiere de croissance economique a une information detaillee sur les qualifications de la main-d'oeuvre. Cela revient a estimer une fonction de production de type Cobb-Douglas dans laquelle on distingue plusieurs factuers travail et a en deduire leurs productivites respectives. A l'aide de cette methodologie nous avons ensuite procede a une estimation sur donnees marocaines couvrant la periode 1976-1995.
