Abstract

Les Etablissements Publics a Caractere Scientifique et Technique ont conduit en France, de longs et complexes programmes technologiques qui leur ont permis de maitriser un certain nimbre de technologies generales et specifiques. Le savoir et savoir-faire accumule, et acquis dans des contextes appliques aux enjeux industriels, leur donnent une expertise unique dans de nombreux domaines tandis que des projets parcellaires de capitalisation et de restitution de ces savoirs existent mais ne couvrent pas la totalite des problemes organisationnels et dynamiques qui se posent dans le processus de mobilisation des savoirs.
