Premiere experience professionnelle avant le diplome. Quelle insertion pour les etudiants de second cycle universitaire?

Abstract

Le manque d'experience professionnelle est la raison generalement evoquee pour expliquer le chomage des jeunes. Les etudiants ayant commence a travailler avant la fin de leurs etudes sont-ils pour autant avantages? Cette premiere activite est-elle vue comme une acquisition d'experience professionnelle? L'etude montre que les modes d'acces a l'emploi varient fortement suivant les publics, puisque le travail en cours d'etudes se prolonge quelques temps apres la "sortie" de l'universite, rendant ainsi la cohorte tres heterogene vis a vis des conditions d'insertion professionnelle.
