Abstract

La simple observation des itineraires revele une importante segmentation entre les differents parcours. Une partie des individus s'insere "bien", c'est-a-dire accede tres vite a un emploi stable et le conserve. A l'autre extremite, on trouve des jeunes qui n'ont pratiquement jamais accede a un tel emploi ou qui ne l'on conserve que pendant une periode tres breve. Une methode developpee au LIRHE permet de systematiser ces observations et de degager des trajectoires types.
