Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est de contribuer a pallier l'absence de modelisation theorique du lobbying de entreprises. D'une part, il s'agit de proposer un cadre general permettant d'analyser les processus de lobbying dans la strategie des entreprises. D'autre part, il s'agit de proposer un modele permettant de situer le lobbying dans la strategie des entreprises. En effet, comme le souligne Epstein, pour une entreprise, le lobbying n'est pas une fine en soi, mais seulement un moyen au service de sa strategie.
