Le developpement des competences en gestion: l'experience Desjardins-HEC

Abstract

En mettant en question la pertinence d'une charte de competences relative au metier des individus a qui un programme de formation s'adresse, comme point de depart de sa structuration et de l'elaboration de son contenu, nous illustrons, par un rapprochement entre le Mouvement Desjardins et l'Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, une possible conciliation de la theorie et de la pratique dans un programme de formation en gestion. La mise en relief des concepts presentes par les professeurs, par l'experience des participants, a permis progressivement de faire acquerir a ces derniers une capacite a generaliser. Du stade de l'autonomie, ils ont atteint celui de l'action competente et disposent desormais d'une capacite d'analyse, laquelle leur offre la possibilite de donner un sens different a l'information delivree par leur organisation et de prendre des decisions en concevant les consiquences de leurs actions dans un contexte apprehende.
