Abstract

Nous etudions les determinants du chomage structurel en utilisant le modele WS-PS habituel mais en introduisant deux types de salaries: les qualifies et les non-qualifies. Le chomage structurel ne concerne que les seconds. Nous nous interrogeons sur la possibilite que cette distinction de deux niveaux de qualification permette de repondre a certaines critiques faites au modele WS-PS.
