La multicarte des territoires

Abstract

L'existence d'une multiplicite de partitions regionales pertinentes, alliee a l'eparpillement grandissant des pouvoirs, rend les questions relatives au decoupage territorial et a la regionalisation intrinsequement difficiles. Si la dynamique spatiale des marches plaide en faveur de la definition d'aires de marches de tailles importantes encourageant les effets de polarisation, la regionalisation ne pourra se faire sans la mise en correpondance dans le long terme de l'organisation des marches et du contexte territorial de l'action publique.
