Abstract

L'analyse des durees d'emploi conduit a s'interroger sur l'ajustment entre employeur et employe. Dans ce processus de selection dans l'emplopi se pose le probleme de l'existence d'une heterogeneite individuelle dont la non prise en compte est susceptible d'induire des biais d'estimation. Aussi, l'article presente dans le cadre des modeles de transition parametriques des tests de specification graphique et de detection de l'heterogeneite non observee. Cet outil theorique permet de mettre en evidence la non-monotonicite des risques de sortie de l'emploi.
