Notas sobre el Proyecto de Ley de Movilidad Sostenible

Abstract

El Gobierno ha vuelto a remitir a las Cortes el Proyecto de Ley de Movilidad Sostenible (BOCG, 2024) tras haber decaído a raíz de la disolución del parlamento por la convocatoria de las elecciones de julio de 2023. El texto es muy similar al Anteproyecto aprobado en su día por el Consejo de Ministros (MTMAU, 2022). Como su antecesor, se trata de una norma bienintencionada pero poco operativa, excepto en lo que respecta a la financiación del transporte colectivo urbano, la recogida y sistematización de datos de transporte y, posiblemente, la introducción de un “espacio controlado” de pruebas para proyectos piloto de transporte que podría contribuir a mejorar la regulación de nuevos productos y servicios, como los vehículos autotripulados.
