Brechas Salariales de Genero Ajustadas en España: 2002-2018

Abstract

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es estimar las brechas salariales de género ajustadas, usando la Encuesta de Estructura Salarial, que es la fuente que mejor recoge la información y la evolución de los salarios en España. Para ello vamos a usar la misma metodología que Anghel, Conde-Ruiz y Marra de Artiñano (2019) incorporando la última ola de la Encuesta de Estructura Salarial (EES) que corresponde al año 2018. Concretamente, para estimar la brecha salarial ajustada, controlaremos tanto por características socioeconómicas de los trabajadores (sexo, edad, nivel educativo y experiencia), como por características del empleo y de la empresa (tamaño de la empresa, tipo de contrato, tipo de jornada, ocupación y sector de actividad).
