Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza el sistema de financiación de las comunidades autónomas de régimen común. La primera parte contiene una descripción del funcionamiento del sistema y de sus resultados cuantitativos a competencias homogéneas. En la segunda parte se realiza un análisis crítico del diseño del sistema y se avanzan algunas propuestas para su reforma.
