Abstract

Esta nota contiene el texto revisado de la conferencia impartida por el autor en el marco de la jornada sobre el futuro del sistema de financiación autonómica celebrada en La Granda (Asturias) en Agosto de 2008. En ella se analizan los principales problemas del actual sistema de financiación regional y se avanzan algunas propuestas para su reforma.
