Abstract

Küreselleşmenin de itici gücüyle sanayileşme ve teknolojik gelişmeler doğrultusunda çevre süratle kirlenmeye, doğal kaynaklar tükenmeye başlamıştır.20.yüzyılın son çeyreğiyle beraber küresel boyutlara ulaşan çevre sorunları tüm dünyayı tehdit etmektedir. Küresel ısınma, ozon tabakasının incelmesi, sera etkisi, yağmur ormanlarının yok olması, hava ve suyun kirlenmesi gibi küreselleşen çevre sorunları, çözümleri gerekli kılmış ve ülkelerde uygulanan çevre politikalarının önemini arttırmıştır. Türkiye de bilhassa AB uyum sürecinde bir takım adımlar atmış ve çevre politikalarına yön vermiştir. Bu doğrultuda çalışmada Türkiye’deki çevre politikalarının etkinliği incelenmektedir.

    Note: [English Title] Environmental Policies in the EU Harmonization Process in Turkey [English Abstract] In line with the ındustrialization and technological developments, the driving force of globalization, environmental pollution started and national reseources deploted. The last quarter of the 20th century environmental issues turn into the global problems and threatens the entire world. Global environmental problems,(global warming, depletion of the ozone layer, greenhouse effect, destruction of the rainforest, air and water pollution), increased the importance of environmental policies which applied by contries. In this context, Turkey, especially harmonization process of EU, directed the environmental policies. And this study examined the effectiveness of the environmental policies in Turkey.
