Abstract

Analyzing the factors that influence the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, we can not ignore the motivation of employees. In addition to the numerous challenges in the management of which is placed in front of managers and business owners, there is also the question of how to motivate employees. Researching of motivation in the organization aims at createing the organizations that will not only be more efficient but also more pleasant place for doing work.
