    Abstract

This study contributes to the literature on individual innovation in two respects. First, this study contributes to the measurement of individual innovation by developing and empirically validating a multi-dimensional measure of innovative work behaviour. Second and most important, the study aims to improve our understanding of the antecedents of individual innovation by investigating the impact of leadership.
