Análisis descriptivo de la población ocupada en la CAPV (1993-1999)

Abstract

El presente trabajo realiza el análisis descriptivo de la población ocupada en la economía de la CAPV, en el período 1993-1999. Dicho análisis se lleva a cabo con el objeto de comparar la población ocupada con estudios universitarios con la población que no posee dichos estudios, profundizando en el género de los individuos. Se pone de manifiesto, por un lado, la existencia de disparidades laborales en lo que respecta al género, si bien éstas disminuyen a lo largo del período y, por otro lado, la relativa situación laboral favorable de la población cualificada en relación a la población no cualificada.
