Abstract

Este Manual presenta la metodología diseñada por la Sede Subregional de la CEPAL en México para el fortalecimiento de cadenas de valor, a través del diseño de estrategias participativas a nivel de los actores que integran la cadena. Está dirigido a facilitar la implementación de una política industrial moderna e innovadora, orientada a una amplia gama de sectores como la agricultura, la ganadería, la pesca, la manufactura y el turismo. El Manual sistematiza la experiencia de la CEPAL en procesos de colaboración técnica con diversos países de la región, como parte del proyecto “Crecimiento inclusivo, política industrial rural y cadenas de valor participativas en América Latina y el Caribe”, financiado por el Fondo Internacional de Desarrollo Agrícola, (FIDA).
