Estratégias corporativas e de internacionalização de grandes empresas na América Latina

Abstract

Resumo Este artigo é uma resenha da literatura recente sobre as estratégias de grandes empresas (principalmente industriais); da América Latina. Três questões principais foram examinadas: as estratégias corporativas (que inclui, naturalmente, os grupos econômicos diversificados);, as estratégias cooperativas (como joint-ventures, por exemplo); e as estratégias de internacionalização. Procurou-se sistematizar a produção acadêmica contemporânea, cobrindo textos de caráter mais teórico/analítico e, principalmente, estudos de casos.
