Abstract

En este trabajo analizamos la situacion de la poblacion activa de las diferentes comunidades autonomas españolas, en relacion con los restantes paises de la OCDE. Para ello tratamos de cuantificar la contribucion del capital humano al incremento de productividad y por lo tanto al crecimiento economico, a traves de un modelo econometrico. El analisis del capital humano comprende tanto la vertiente cuantitativa como cualitativa, estudiando las diferentes medidas de dicha variable, en las que ademas de tener en cuenta el nivel de dicha variable, analizamos como se ha adquirido esta educacion.
