(VF)Les communautés de pratiques très présentes dans le secteur financier sont peu étudiées en France. Nos résultats montrent que les pratiques d’échanges sont très homogènes d’un réseau à l’autre. Les thèmes abordés permettent d’illustrer la complexité des compétences existantes et le poids de la réglementation. Les échanges sont influencés par l’architecture organisationnelle des établissements.(VA)The concept of communities of practice which is an informal process emerges through this paper in the French banking industry. Our results underline homogeneous behaviour, the complexity of individual competencies and the weight of banking regulation. Moreover, communities of practice are also influenced by organizational architecture.
