Abstract

(VF)La mise en place des T.I.C. bouleverse l’architecture organisationnelle des firmes,en accentuant le processus de centralisation. La réussite de cette démarche est conditionnée par la mise en cohérence du système de contrôle:système d’incitation et définition des standards de performance. Nous illustrons notre propos par l’étude du secteur bancaire.(VA)The ITC implementation influence organizational architecture by strengthening centralization tendencies. Value creation proceed from control system internal coherence:design of incentives contracts and performance standards. We illustrate our purpose in banking sector.
