Cadena Global de Valor sojera, poder de mercado y subordinación imperfecta del capital agrario

Abstract

En este artículo se analiza la articulación de eslabones de la cadena sojera que le ha permitido a la industria aceitera argentina proveerse crecientemente y sostener su proceso de acumulación local durante veinte años. Se contrasta esta situación con el momento actual donde aparecen disminuciones en la oferta que evidencian la autonomía relativa con la que los capitales agrarios pueden decidir sobre sus estrategias de producción a nivel local. Esta autonomía, no obstante, no es absoluta y se encuentra condicionada por la estructura de eslabón industrial-concentrado, agrario-disperso, industrial-concentrado que caracteriza a la cadena y que actúa como soporte para que la industria pueda subordinar imperfectamente al eslabón agrario.
