Conocimiento patentado e indicadores económicos: el caso de la industria aeronáutica mexicana

Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza el grado de actividad inventiva del sector aeronáutico en México, medido por el número de patentes (solicitadas y otorgadas) tanto en este país como en los Estados Unidos. Además, se analizan indicadores de eficiencia dinámica como productividad del sector, exportaciones y tipo de bienes producidos de acuerdo a su ubicación en la cadena de valor aeronáutica. Este sector es considerado estratégico por las derramas de conocimiento para el desarrollo de proveedores mexicanos, difusión de know how, y para empujar a la creación de nuevas fronteras en el campo de la ciencia y la tecnología.
