Un análisis a la regulación del esquema tarifario del servicio domiciliario de agua en Bogotá

Abstract

Este documento tiene como fin hacer un análisis de la construcción del marco tarifario de Agua y Alcantarillado en la ciudad de Bogotá; a partir de la pesquisa a la empresa prestadora del servicio Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogotá EAAB, la Comisión Reguladora de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico CRA y la normatividad vigente, en busca de las razones por las cuales dicha tarifa es una de las más altas en Colombia y en Latinoamérica.
