Evaluación de mecanismos de estabilización y promoción de exportaciones de leche

Abstract

Para hacer realidad su potencial exportador lechero, el país debe crear los mecanismos financieros y de apoyo que soporten las transformaciones productivas y comerciales que ello demanda. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo la evaluación de algunos mecanismos de estabilización y promoción de las exportaciones colombianas de leche. El estudio encuentra que los Fondos propuestos son mecanismos idóneos para apalancar las exportaciones. Para ello es necesario que el precio de referencia (PCE) esté asociado a las cotizaciones internacionales, que la producción nacional crezca en más del 15 por ciento y que el Gobierno Nacional dé su apoyo inicial a los Fondos.
