Endogeneidad territorial, cadenas de valor global y la Agenda 2030 de Desarrollo Sostenible. El caso de San Luis Potosí (México)

Abstract

En este artículo se analiza la relación de las empresas locales con los segmentos productivos que estructuran cadenas de valor global (CVG) y se identifican los retos de la política industrial desde una perspectiva de endogeneidad territorial con miras a impactar en los objetivos ocho y nueve de la Agenda 2030 de Desarrollo Sostenible. Para este caso se examinó la dinámica productiva de la región centro del estado de San Luis Potosí (México) y se recurrió a la metodología de análisis de redes sociales (ARS), la cual posibilitó la identificación de las relaciones de colaboración y financieras, así como los contratos y convenios de información entre firmas de la cadena de valor y organismos públicos regionales. El resultado plantea retos en torno a la interacción y vinculación productiva entre empresas globales y locales, y resalta la importancia del sector público como promotor y facilitador de los enlaces entre empresas en el marco de la Agenda 2030 de Desarrollo Sostenible.
