Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es proporcionar evidencia empírica sobre la formación laboral adquirida por trabajadores nativos e inmigrantes a fin de conocer si existen diferencias en los patrones de inversión de ambos colectivos. Para ello, se utilizan datos de asalariados procedentes de la Encuesta de Población Activa (EPA) para estimar la probabilidad de recibir formación pagada por la empresa o financiada por el propio trabajador a partir de modelos logit multinomiales.
