Abstract

El sistema internacional de Ayuda al Desarrollo está pasando por una situación crítica, existe una tendencia generalizada en la comunidad de donantes a reducir los recursos destinados a la Ayuda Oficial al Desarrollo. En la actualidad cinco países cumplen con el criterio del 0,7% del PNB.: Dinamarca, Luxemburgo, Holanda, Noruega y Suecia, si no hay más Ayuda al menos debemos intentar mejorar los rendimientos que obtenemos de ella. Con este trabajo pretendemos hacer una modesta aportación en esa línea del debate.
