Nueva estructura de valor del sector agropecuario de la provincia de Córdoba

Abstract

Conocer la estructura del valor del suelo rural y su evolución posibilita la comprensión de las peculiaridades del sector agropecuario. Facilitando a los hacedores de política el análisis, planificación y toma de decisiones en relación al sector. Con el objeto arriba planteado, se aproximó a la nueva estructura de valor del suelo rural a través de modelos de inteligencia artificial, más precisamente la técnica estadística de random forest; y se observó su evolución en relación a la reflejada por el método comparativo de zonas de aforo proporcionada por la Dirección General de Catastro de la Provincia de Córdoba. En este sentido se identificó un cambio de la estructura en el valor del suelo rural, particularmente en el noreste de la provincia, producto del cambio tecnológico y el uso de una nueva función de producción agropecuaria.
