Abstract

Herstellung und Betrieb von Windenergieanlagen - on- und offshore - haben sich zu einem bedeutenden Wirtschaftszweig in Nordwestdeutschland entwickelt, der absehbar die Arbeitsplatzrückgänge im Schiffbau kompensieren kann. Damit treten sowohl die Unternehmen als auch die Beschäftigten als Interessengruppen in Planungs- und Governance-Prozessen um erneuerbare Energien (EE) ein.
