Kriza 2008-20XY: Populizam i puna zaposlenost kao sukobljeni ciljevi

Abstract

U radu “Kriza 2008.-20XY.: Populizam i puna zaposlenost kao sukobljeni ciljevi” autor doc. dr. Josip Tica analizira kretanje ključnih makroekonomskih agregata tijekom razdoblja nakon drugog svjetskog rata unutar Salter-Swan dijagrama i nesavršenog tržišta rada iz tradicije novih keynezijanaca. Osnovni zaključak rada je kako kombinacija niske štednje i (pre)ambicioznih planova vladajuće elite za zatvaranjem razvojnog jaza, u razdoblju nakon eurizacije ekonomije, stalno rezultira deficitima koji se pokrivaju hiperinflacijskim financiranjem (prije tranzicije) ili vanjskim dugom (nakon tranzicije). U radu se ističe kako je izlaz iz podzaposlenosti moguć kroz jačanje tehnološke unaprijeđenosti i sofi sticiranosti hrvatskog izvoza (rotacija krivulje potražnje za hrvatskim izvozom), a ne samo kroz rezanje državne potrošnje i investicija i/ili zamrzavanja plaća u uvjetima rasta produktivnosti.
