Utjecaj financijske krize na globalno tržište rada

Abstract

U radu se analiziraju strukturne promjene koje su se dogodile na tržištu rada tijekom globalne ekonomske krize na području Europske unije i zemljama istočne i jugoistočne Europe. Ujedno se analizira efekt krize na porast nezaposlenosti s obzirom na zakonsku zaštitu radnih mjesta po zemljama. Osnovni zaključak rada je kako kombinacija aktivnih i pasivnih mjera može stabilizirati zaposlenost i plaće. Autorica također ističe kako bi trebalo paralelno težiti fl eksibilnosti i sigurnosti na tržištu rada.
