Abstract

Digital transformation (Dx) is a phrase that has been used so often lately that it risks becoming an eye-rolling, biz-speak cliché. But if you can bring yourself to look beyond the cliché, you will find something real and powerful and relevant for colleges and universities. Dx can help higher education leaders imagine their institutions’ possibilities and map out a series of transformational journeys to realize them. By imagining the possibilities, Dx can also help leaders move toward more affirmative out-comes and away from less hopeful ones…
