Abstract

It was 11 a.m. on 4 January 2010, the first working day of 2010. Also, the first day for me as a first-time entrepreneur. After working two years for recruitment agency Aquent, and receiving a rather unpleasant letter from the boss two months earlier, I decided to strike out on my own.
