Abstract

Dear David,Your mom and I drove past our old apartment at Everton Park yesterday on our way to the shopping centre. Seeing our first home brought back many fond memories. I can vividly recall how you and your brother would hide in the bedroom to escape from the smell of cooking from the restaurants below. But nothing beats the odour from the nearby central garbage dump each morning. Well, I have to admit that we did make a big mistake in buying that apartment. We have since learnt a few lessons about buying properties. I will share these lessons with you in this letter…
