Market-Oriented and Bank-Oriented Corporate Governance Models Research Base on Construction Management Companies

Abstract

Affected by economic, political, historical, cultural and other factors, the governance model taken by construction management companies within countries has some differences, but with the development and integration of global capital market, the worldwide governance model are tending assimilated, and developing toward the shareholder interests-dominated, profited-oriented model, paying attention to the interests of stakeholder. This paper starts from the market-oriented mode and bank-oriented mode of construction management company, considers their respective positions, clients and services, and then explores the governance objective features, values orientation and objective convergence trend of the construction management company under the two modes, so as to lay the foundation for corporate governance of the construction management company.
