Abstract

The training of human resources in education is a fundamental component of any education system and it is generally agreed tohave a direct impact on the education reform process. Under the circumstances, an analysis of training models and strategies andof educational policies regarding didactic and professional standards and competencies, identification of good practices and procedural dysfunctions, doubled bya joint integrativeresearch becomeessential for optimizing the process of quality assurance in education.
