Abstract

The quality of education is a desideratum of the school. Creativity is a fundamental condition of the quality of education, being one of the essential premises of performance. An important role in creativity is heredity, intellectual capabilities, skills, character, sociocultural environment, the effort of training for everyone. An important role plays the attitude of the teachers in their relations with the pupils, the way of teaching must require the participation and the initiative of the students. Whether it is the leadership of an institution, whether it is the individual, the woman or man involved in the management process needs super-level creativity to achieve efficiency and leadership performance. A good manager can influence the value systems within the institutions because they have the power to introduce the change. Effective managers influence innovation by evaluating proposals. Leadership must learn to encourage new ideas and evaluate them critically if they are useful and can be implemented in school.
